Terms of service

You need an account to use CareerPath. Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Your profile, job postings and documents stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service, including sending them to AI providers as described in our privacy policy. Only upload content you have the right to use.

Resumes, letters, match scores, interview feedback and learning plans are generated by AI from what you provide, and can contain mistakes. Review everything before you use it: you're responsible for what you send to employers, and for not claiming experience you don't have. CareerPath doesn't guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, to access other people's data, to resell it, or to use it to create misleading or unlawful content.

Free use is limited each month. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment providers and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; cancelling stops future renewals. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change.

If you add your own AI provider key, that provider bills you for its use under its own terms.

You can stop using CareerPath and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

CareerPath is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and using the service after an update means you accept it.
